The practical details
One rate, any length of day
Whether they're here four hours or ten, it's the same price. No hourly maths and no clock-watching at pickup.
Regular weekday spots
If you need the same days each week, ask about a standing booking — we'll hold them. Prepaid day packages work out cheaper than booking one at a time.
Drop-off and collection
Same windows as boarding: 7–10am and 4–7pm. Collection after the evening window incurs a late fee.
First day
We'd rather your dog met everyone at a meet & greet first. It's free, and it makes day one much easier for them.
